If you plan on using FondduLac.com often, you'll need a user account. Users are the foundation of FondduLac.com and they represent you. Once you have a user account, you can use all the features available to a Registered User.

A Registered User is one role out of many. Roles place users into groups. For example, if an area of the website requires special permissions to update information, the role is assigned the permissions, not the users. This way, we can assign permissions based on the group of users and not the individual. Every user in the role will then have the permissions.

Roles are assigned by the Administrator. When you login into FondduLac.com, you will see information appropriate for your role. If there is a role you can subscribe to, you will be sent an RSVP code that you can enter once you are logged in. If this is a little confusing, that's OK, the important thing to remember is you need a user account.
